We do customized training designed to fit your needs (one to more days or by the hour). 

Here's an idea!

How about 2 to 3 hours for one day a week for a year.  We could help you target what is important to you and your staff.  Target those things you want your teams to know in facilitated teambuilding workshops and business improvement sessions.  You could get Continuing education credit AND we could make POD cast out of the whole thing for everyone to review. 

As a group we would study excellence, then find where we are in relation to excellence, and then find the gaps to fix.  We could even provide 2 or 3 sessions a day to accommodate the most people or consolidate the topics into several days spread over a reasonable time.
