Phase 4 Series: Product/Service Selection Priority Criteria

Start adding to and/or replacing Phase 1, 2, and 3 products with Phase 4 products. Stay focused on the southern U.S. and low hanging fruit. Grow international clients. The Goal is to refocus efforts on higher ROIs. The product selection criteria for Phase 4:

  1. Highest ROI,
  2. Add more complex products, equipment, and facilities, which have higher ROIs than Phase 1, 2, and 3 products and services.
  3. More complex political environments to expand into, and
  4. Best competitive markets in which to operate.

Phase 4 Goals:

  1. To continue and expand on Phases 1, 2, and 3
  2. To make a “larger” profit quickly
  3. To keep all the harvesting Contracts and Win Others (Internationally)
  4. Continue to build ocean going processing capabilities.
  5. To scale back on and replace the least profitable products with more profitable products.
  6. To continue to build name recognition and product fame
  7. To continue to duplicate the processes in other places
  8. Expand internal energy co-generation to save money and add fame.

1.  Product 10 Series: Non-toxic insecticides for Human Use (LLC 6)

Very similar to the Organic plant and animal insect repellant.  The difference comes in the perfumes and other additives.

2.  Product 11 Series: Fresh Water Hyacinth for Food -- You can eat the young plants cooked, candied, or as a salad! (leaves, flowers, steams, and all.)

Farm Sites

The WHy farm is a raw material supplier for the WHy plant. It will grow, harvest, and prepare plants for the process by separating roots, trunks, leaves, and flowers. The farms will be audited and provide the human editable and other consumable raw material.
