Before that, he managed the Pop Artist "Essence" on RCA Records and Techno-Pop group Superfuzz on Warner Music Japan. Prior to that was 14 years of record promotion, capped by a stint as VP National Promotion for Columbia Records Nashville. Through the 80s, he did Pop promotion for Epic Records and directly contributed to sale of over $1 Billion worth of recorded music. He has been recognized for innovation, developing new markets, building and motivating successful teams and imaginative problem solving. |

Projects of interest include: Markham Park (shooting range lead and antimony management), West Valley Nuclear Demonstration Project (Department of Energy [DOE] radioactive waste remediation - National Environmental Policy Act [NEPA] - Supplemental Environmental Impact Survey [SEIS]), International Paper Company (pond eutrophication management), U.S. Gypsum (dredging permit support), several Department of Defense [DOD] - Installation Restoration Program [IRP] Resource Conservation and Recovery Act [RCRA]) sites around the country, Missouri old and new lead-belt mine risk assessments (Comprehensive Environmental Recovery, Compensation and Liability Act [CERCLA]), CERCLA/RCRA brownfields sites on Lake Erie, and many others. |

Jerry Westbrook has served many years as Professor and Chair of the Industrial and Systems Engineering and Engineering Management Department at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama. He has served in academia for over 35 years as lecturer and administrator. He consults and publishes in the field of engineering management theory and its applications in industry and government. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee and is a member of ASEM, IIE, and the ASEE. He was the 1999-2000 national president of the ASEM. |

Charles J (Chuck) Drobny Jr is a Westbrook Stevens Associate specializing in corporate governance, operations and project management. A two time business owner, Chuck has held positions as President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President in satellite communications and enterprise management software development companies. He is a West Point trained engineer who served in two active divisions as a ranger qualified infantry officer. He began his career as a marketer for Mobil Oil. After receiving his MBA in Management from the University of Cincinnati, he was recruited to the transportation industry as engineering manager for a major river barge company in Nashville. After nearly twelve years on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, he and his wife returned to Middle Tennessee in late 2002. |

The Overall Program's Conceptual Design Phase: What are we going to do?
Mission - To create a vision for the program. To understand and
get buy-in on all goals and customer requirements. To create a resources guide
and understanding of roles and responsibilities. To start the planning
processes. To create the first high-level business plans.
Life Cycle The conceptual phase for each project will be complete when enough information is known to start the planning phase. Each project will complete the concept phase and start the planning phase on its own schedule.
