3.20 - Organizational Structures
The Ultimate Earth, inc organizational structure would reflect the Westbrook Stevens Models of Organizational Structures found at http://www.westbrookstevens.com/21st_century_org.htm.
The overall organizational structure will consist of a family of LLCs under the mother organization. As the LLC mature they will either grow or be discontinued and/or sold, depending on competitive advantage. Some of the daughter organizations will become mother organizations as they spin-off other daughter organizations.
